Firstly a Happy New Year to you all! 2012 is set to be a very busy year for me. I already have some fantastic weddings booked for later on in the year which I’m very much looking forward to photographing. But the year is also going to be busy on a personal level too as in September I’m getting married to my wonderful fiancée Joanna! So the shoe will definitely be on the other foot so to speak. I still don’t think it has sunken in yet, but the fact we have decided on and booked a venue and put the other plans in motion means that this is definitely happening! Anyway, I’m digressing slightly as this is not the subject of this post 🙂

I was immensely pleased this week to have the wedding of Sara & Ali featured on the wonderful wedding blog that is Rock My Wedding. The site is a great resource for all things wedding, and goes into a lot of detail about each one that’s featured on its polkadot pages. Brides are asked if they would write a little bit about their choices behind all the aspects of the day and and how they did it their way!

I’m therefore very grateful to Sara for taking the time to write a few words about her big day and for her mentioning how pleased she was with her photos! It really is rewarding receiving positive feedback from brides, and means that Jo and I have done our job well! Also many thanks to Charlotte for deciding to feature it.

Without further ado, please click the picture below and immerse yourself in a day filled with kazoos, cake with lego, big yellow balloons and of course two people very much in love!

And if after that you would like to see even more photos from the day, my original post can be seen here
