Diamond Jubilee Weekend - A Small Snapshot

Jo and I were in Southampton shooting a wedding, so I was away from London for most of the events over the Bank Holiday weekend. I would have loved to see more of them first hand, but I did manage to head into central London on Monday afternoon. I ended up in Hyde Park as the Mall and St James Park were already full to capacity and no more people were allowed in. Despite the cold and the rain, everyone was in good cheer and there was plenty of flag waving going on, especially when the Royal Family appeared on the balcony. Here are a few photos I took which I hope capture the mood of the afternoon!
